2. 目前研究方向
本人研究背景交叉且外延,研究项目涉及:模拟数字电路系统(PCB级)、嵌入式最小系统、C/C++软件编程、纳米光子学系统、生物医学传感器与系统、二维半导体器件与集成电路等方向。目前主要从事二维晶体管、范德瓦耳斯异质结等相关新型半导体研究。
研究生、优本生可选课题方向:机器学习图像识别算法设计、Python/Java/C++可视化软件开发、电子测试仪器系统开发、碳基半导体集成电路设计
